The company focuses on high-end neighborhoods in Fulham and Hampstead, with a specialisation in heritage Victorian architecture. Meet the Team
Our in-house property development team expertly sources, finances, designs, and constructs our projects, combining innovative solutions and seamless execution to deliver high-quality developments tailored to modern living.
Luke has led the firm's growth and development since its inception and serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Warren Property Group, overseeing all capital commitment approvals. He brings deep expertise in investment strategy, planning policy, and project financing.

Before establishing WPG, Luke gained experience as an Equity Derivatives Trader at ADG Capital Management.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Surrey.

Founder and CEO
Peter leads construction at Warren Property Group, bringing over 35 years of experience in planning, designing, and managing major infrastructure and construction projects. His expertise spans a diverse range of projects, including hotels, residential developments, airfields, highways, and bridges. With a strong background in construction management, civil engineering, and technical project delivery, Peter plays a pivotal role in the team and serves as a member of the investment committee.

Before joining WPG, Peter held key roles, including Construction Director at HSmith Engineers, and other prominent positions at LendLease and Taylor Wimpey and he is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Building.​

Alex leads land acquisitions at Warren Property Group, leveraging his expertise in the land market and strong relationships with landowners and agents. His proven ability to identify and secure new development opportunities has been key to the firm's growth.

Before joining Warren Property Group, Alex served as a Senior Land Manager at Bellway Homes PLC.
He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Manchester.

Nell, our Principal Designer, leverages his architectural expertise to lead innovative and thoughtful design processes. He is passionate about crafting creative solutions that balance aesthetics and functionality, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and delivering exceptional results for complex property development projects.

He previously held roles at Foster + Partners and gained his qualifications at the London School of Architecture.
